1. ARRIVAL & LATE ENTRY
Existing Clients: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class starts to prepare.
New Clients: Mandatory arrival of at least 10 minutes before your first session for a safety
induction and orientation.
5-Minute Rule: If you are more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be released and given to
a client on the waiting list. To ensure safety and respect the flow of the class, late entry
beyond this window is not permitted.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
3-Hour Window:
Cancellations made more than 3 hours before the class start time will retain the class
credit in your account.
Cancellations made within 3 hours of the class start time (Late Cancel) or No-Shows
will result in the forfeiture of the class credit.
Refunds: All class credits and packages are non-refundable.
3. STUDIO ETIQUETTE & FACILITIES
Liability: SAFEHOUSE is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items
brought into the studio.
Grip Socks: For hygiene and safety on the apparatus, non-slip grip socks are required for all
Pilates sessions.
Phones: Please keep devices on silent and stored with your belongings during the session.
4. HEALTH & SAFETY
Please inform your instructor of any injuries, physical limitations, or medical conditions before
the session begins. Safety is our priority; instructors may modify exercises to suit your needs or
request medical clearance where necessary.
5. PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS
All class packages have a designated expiration date from the DATE OF PURCHASE (NOT the date of the first booked class).
Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Extensions may be granted for documented medical reasons at the discretion of management.

SAFEHOUSE PILATES STUDIO
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Safehouse Pilates and Studio, we strive to provide exceptional service while maintaining fair policies for all clients.
1. Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
Membership pauses or freezes may be granted under specific circumstances at the studio's discretion.
2. Class Package Purchases
Class packages are non-refundable after purchase.
Unused classes may expire according to the package terms stated at the time of purchase.
Unused classes cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Class Cancellations
Clients may cancel a scheduled class up to 3 hours before the class start time without penalty.
Cancellations made:
Less than 3 hours before class may result in loss of the class credit.
Failure to attend a booked class ("no-show") may result in forfeiture of the class credit and/or applicable fees.
4. Private Sessions
Private and semi-private sessions require at least 3 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
If cancellation occurs within 3 hours:
The full session fee may be charged.
The session may be considered used.
5. Workshops, Events, and Special Programs
Refund requests made at least 7 days before the event may receive a full refund.
Refund requests made within 7 days of the event may not be eligible for refund.
The studio reserves the right to determine exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
6. Studio-Initiated Cancellations
If Safehouse Pilates Studio cancels a class, workshop, or session:
Clients may receive a refund, account credit, or rescheduled session at the studio's discretion.
7. Medical Exceptions
Refunds or credits due to medical circumstances may be considered upon receipt of supporting medical documentation.
Approval remains at the sole discretion of Safehouse Pilates Studio.
8. Retail Products
Retail merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase if:
Unused
In original condition
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Opened, used, or damaged items may not be eligible for return or refund.
9. Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact the studio directly to resolve billing issues before initiating chargebacks or disputes with their financial institution.
10. Policy Changes
